Privacy policy
What information this website collects, why Midstate uses it, and the services that help protect and deliver estimate requests.
Effective August 14, 2026
The short version
Midstate limits the information collected through this website to what is needed to operate and protect the site and respond to estimate requests. Midstate does not sell the personal information submitted through this website.
Information collected
The estimate form may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, ZIP code, services you are interested in, and any details you choose to include in your message.
When you submit that form, Midstate may also record the form page, first page visited in that browser session, referring page, time of first visit, and campaign parameters included in the page address. Those fields may be unavailable when they were not supplied.
If you email Chuck directly, Midstate receives the email address used to send the message, its contents and attachments, and ordinary email delivery metadata.
When you use the website, its hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from that address, browser and device information, requested page, referring page, date and time, system configuration, and diagnostic or security information. Midstate also uses the IP address associated with a form submission for spam protection, Turnstile verification, and abuse-rate limiting.
How the information is used
Midstate uses form and direct-email information to review your project, contact you about your request, arrange an estimate, and maintain ordinary business records. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or to meet legal and accounting obligations.
After the customer email is accepted for delivery, the request is also copied to Midstate's private agency reporting workspace. That private copy is used to review follow-up, record lead outcomes, and explain marketing performance; it does not replace the established customer email delivery.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website loads the Google tag so that Midstate can measure which advertising brings people here. The tag sets cookies and reads basic information about your visit, including the page you landed on, the page you were referred from and a click identifier Google adds to the address when you arrive from one of our ads. Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies or similar browser technologies needed to operate its security check and protect the estimate form.
When you submit an estimate request, the tag reports that one request was received. Alongside it, the tag sends your name, email address, phone number and ZIP code to Google in scrambled form. Your browser converts each of these into an irreversible digest before it is sent, so Google receives the digest rather than the details you typed. Google compares the digests against its own records to work out whether the visit began with one of our ads. This feature is called enhanced conversions. Nothing is sent unless you submit the form, and the message you write is never included.
Midstate uses this measurement to judge which ads are worth paying for. It is not used to build advertising profiles of you on this site, and Midstate does not sell this information.
You can prevent this measurement by turning off ad personalisation in your Google account settings (opens in a new tab), by blocking cookies for this site in your browser, or by contacting Midstate to request that a submission already received be excluded. Blocking these cookies does not affect the estimate form.
If the tools used for analytics or advertising measurement change, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
Service providers
Vercel (opens in a new tab) hosts this website and processes traffic and server information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot it. When you submit an estimate request, Resend (opens in a new tab) processes the form details and email metadata needed to deliver your request to Midstate. Google (opens in a new tab) provides the Gmail inbox that receives and stores direct messages and messages delivered through the estimate form.
Vercel also hosts the private agency reporting endpoint that receives the accepted estimate-request copy. Access to that workspace is restricted to authorized users.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical security signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare explains this processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum (opens in a new tab).
These providers process information according to their applicable service terms and privacy notices. Midstate may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, Midstate, or others.
Questions or requests
To ask how your information is being used or request that information from an estimate inquiry be corrected or deleted, call Midstate at (407) 467-7926 or email Chuck at chuckhensel150@gmail.com. Some records may need to be kept when required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
